Clean. Your staff is excellent...not only do they make eye contact with patrons, but they also smile which, to me, sincerely shows they care.

The cleanness and prettiness of the club was a real plus, but what sold me on joining and dedicating myself to working out there is the wonderful, attentive staff. I really like how, no matter what your size or ability is, you are not looked down upon at least by the staff anyway. They really encourage individuals to do their best.
